Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible for the accuracy of information on this website. The material is provided for general information only. Occasionally there may be errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if information on our site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order).
We have made every effort to display and describe the Artworks and Products as accurately as possible. However lighting can affect the display of images and colour as can the settings on your computer or mobile phone, so please be mindful of this when viewing the Artworks and Products.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars $AUD.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Dispatch and Shipping
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours.
All shipping is via Australia Post. Shipping generally takes 2-5 business day from dispatch. Please be patient if your parcel takes a little longer. You will receive a tracking number upon submission to Australia Post and can track your parcel in the Australia Post app.
Shipping costs are: $9.99 (products) $15 (artworks)
International deliveries are not available at this time through the website. However, if you’re based outside Australia and you’re interested in any Artworks or Products, please get in touch via the Contact page and we can provide a quote for shipping.
Returns
Original Artworks
Original artworks cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If your original artwork or the frame of your original artwork has been damaged during shipping, please take a photo and get in touch via the Contact Page as soon as possible so we can arrange a repair, refund or exchange.
Products
We’re confident you’ll love our products.
However if you’re not completely satisfied and have a change of mind, please get in touch via the Contact Page within 7 days of receipt. Products may only be returned if unworn/unused and in original condition. Once the item has been returned in original condition a refund will be provided. Shipping fees are not refundable.
You also have the benefit of consumer guarantees at law which cannot be limited. If within a reasonable time, you find your product is of unacceptable quality, not fit for purpose or different from its description, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. When you visit our site, we may collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the site and information about you necessary to process any purchase and arrange shipping.
