It all begins with an idea.

This series of abstract works tells the story of a trek along the Larapinta trail - a pebbly, undulating track in the Northern Territory, covering in total 223km from east to west, starting in Alice Springs and following the MacDonnell Ranges (note: we walked a section of the trail over 6 days ‘far more civilised’). Every day on the trail is different. These are my reflections of that experience - the wonderful colours, the wildflowers, and the natural contours of the land - all experienced with a fabulous group of women.
